Triple-Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 small lemon zest and juice
  • 1 small orange zest and juice
  • ½ cup leban yogurt can use greek yogurt if you can't get Leban
  • 1 ¼ cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar can use stevia or honey if you prefer

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined. Pour and enjoy!

Notes

You can use any mix of berries you prefer, but keep the ratios the same.
You can sub coconut milk or almond milk for the whole milk, greek yogurt for the Leban and honey or stevia for the granulated sugar.
(If you find it too thick, add a bit more milk and if you find it too thin, add a bit more yogurt.)
